Prior to constructing or repair of any water of sewer line connecting the existing municipai system and arry house ot buildir�g for rrh�ch i�e
apptication is made,the owner or corrb actor sha1J be required to obtain a permit for such connection,and shal!pay a permit fee a4 proyided in
Chapter 11 of this Code. After such connection has been made,the Water and Sewer Departmerrt shali be notiFied. ft shail be untawful to cov�
any connecting line urrtil an irrspection has been made and such connedion and the wor6c inciderrt thereto has been apprwed by t�te C'rty as a
proper and suitable connection.

been extended to the property line for connection,the appiicarrt,owner,or accupant or user of such premises shaq be tiabie for a�r+epairs
required to any water line and sewer tines necessary for conrted+on of the premises from the main to the premkses. tf the property owner
reques#s mairrtenance senrice or repairs be performed by the C'rty,the proper#y owner shatl be charged for the costs af the mairrterrarn:e and(oi
repairs,including necessary street repairs at a rate set annually by an administrative porcy. tt shal!be the responsibility of t9�e a�cant,
