She didn't remember getting letters, but I don't know how long her husband has been deceased. She did schedule AMR appointment for next Wednesday at 8am. ****She told me she also has an irrigation meter in her unit, so the guys need to change out both meters. I have never had the irrigation meter on our list at all,so I have no idea how much consumption we have never billed there. The guys need to be sure to get me the old meter reading and serial#so I can add it to the system. How could we have missed this all those years ago! Glad she mentioned it so we can be prepared.
