After tt�e initial connection has been rnade to the water ser+nce curb stop 6ox or the sewer iead at the property line ar a uaater servPce lead has
been extended to the property line for connection,the applicant,�vwner,or occupar�t or user af such premises sha8l�e liabie for all repairs
required to any waiter line and sewer lines necessary for connection vE the premises from the main to the premises. tF the property awner
requests mairrtenance service ar repairs be performed ay the Crty,the property owner shail be charged for fihe costs af the mairitenance andj�
re�airs,inctuding necessary street repairs at a rate set annualty by an administrative policy. It shal{be the responsibility af the applicant,
owner,occupant or user to perform standand mairitenance rnf the seuver service line from the premises to the main including debris clearirtg or
root�cutting and to maintain the�aater;ervice curb stop 6ox#or operability and at such height as will ensure that it remains above the finished
