app(icafiian is made,the owner or corrtractor shall be required to obtain a permit for such connection,and shail pay a permit fee as provided irr

any connecting 1'sne uritit an inspection has been made and such connection and the work incideat thereto has been approved by the City as a
proper and suitable connection.

After the init+at connection fias been made to ihe water service curb stop box or the sewer lead at Che praperty line or a water senrice lead has
been extended to the property line for connec#ion,tNe appiicasrt,owner,or occuparrt or user of wch premises shall be IPaMe for a11 repairs
required to any water line and sewer lines necessary for connection of the premises from the main to the prem�ses. tf the property ovrner
requests maintenance service or repairs be perFormed by the C'ity,the property owner sha41 be charged for the costs af the mairrterrance andJor
repairs,inciuding necessary street repairs at a rate set ans�uaily by an administrative policy. lt shall be the responsibility of the applicarrt,
owner,occu�ant or user to perform standard mairrtenance of the sewer service line from the premises to fihe main includir�g debris clearing or
