I sent a letter to Trung Bui at 1590 Rice Creek Rd about his meter being stopped for a long time. I wasn't sending letters
for a white because I thought we were doing the mass change out, (but since that will take longer, l have started to send
letters to people again.) He called me and left a voice message to schedule an appointment for a new meter. Do you

402.5 PERNfIT FEE
Prior to constructing or repair of any water of sewer line connecting the existing municipal system and arry hause or buildingfe�r wMdi the
appfication is made,the ownec or corrtractor shall be required to obfiain a permit for such connedivn,and shall pay a permitfee as provided in�
Chapter 11 of this Code. After such connection has been made,fi�te Water and Sewer Departmerrt shafi be notified. R shait�untawful to cove

been extended#o the property line for connection,the appticarrt,owner,or occu parrt or user of such prem(ses sFwt!6e liabie for atl repairs
required to any wa#er line and sewer tines necessary tor connection of the premises from the main to ttre premises. ff the pr�rty owner
requests maintenance service or repairs be performed by the C'ity,the property owner shal!be charged for the ro�sts of the maintenance and/or
repairs,including aecessary street repairs at a rate set annuai(y bar an administrative poliry. it shal!be i�e responstbility of the applicarrt,
owner,accupant or user to perform standard mairrtenance of the sewer service line from fihe premises to the main including debris dearing or
root cutting and to mairrtain the water service curb stop box for operability and at such height as wiil ensure that it remains above the fYnished
