4025 PERMIT FEE
Prior to constructing or repair of any water of sewer line connecting the existing municipai system and am/house or butldit�fo�which the
appl'scation is made,the owner or wr�tractor shall be required to obtain a permit for such connection,and shall pay a permit fee as pravided in•
Chapter 11 of this Code. After sucfi connection has been made,the Water and Sewer Departmerrt shall be notfied. it shall 1�unlawfui to coxer
arry connecting line until an inspection has been made and such connection and the work inaderrt thereto has been approved by the City as a
proper and suitable connection.
402.06 REPAIRS AIYD MAIWTENANCE TO C0IYNECTION
After the initial connection has been made to the water service curb stop box or the sewer lead at the propecty line or a water sendce Iead has
been extended to the property line for connection,the appli�rrt,owner,or accupart#os user af such premises shal{be{iabie for aif repairs
required to any water line and sewer lines necessary for connedion of the premises from the main to the premises. tf the property owner
requests mairrtenance senrice or repairs be pe�formed by the City,the properly owner shall be+charged for the tosts of the maintenance and/or
repairs,including necessary street repairs at a rate set annually by an administrative poliry. R shall be the responsibility af the applicar�t,
owner,occupant or user to perform standard mairrtenance of the sewer service li�e from the p�emises to the main including debris dearing or
root cutting and to mairrtain the water service curb stop box for operability and at such height as will ensure that it remair�above the finished
