Since then we have been trying to get a water meter reading here to do a final bill for a sale at this property sold in August 2017. On 3/20/18 we finally had our Public Works guys able to get inside to get a water meter reading;that is the first meter reading we've receiv� since 7/10/2015. Based on that meter reading we have under billed 93,000 gallons of water. Since many months have passed since the closing date we are no longer able to process a final bill. Enclosed is a credit check back for the($622.00) credit still on the account. Going forward we will start billing the cwrent owners Chin Chong and Yenni Chen C/O Urban Enteprises. Enclosed is a copy of the billing history showing the bill amounts that were paid using the credit balance on the account that was sent in from the Title Company at closing. The service periods are listed and you can work with the buyers to decide if they owe you money for the recent bi11s charged against your credit balance.
