Prior to constructing or repair of any water of sewer 1'sne cannecting Che existing municipa(system and am/hause or buitding for which fihe
application is made,Che owner or comrador shaU be required to obtain a permit for such connection,and shaN pay a permit fee as provided in
Chapter 11 of this Code. After such connecCion has been made,the Water and Sewer Departmerrt shal{be notifiecf. ifi shail be unlawful to cover
any connecting line unt7 an inspecCion has been made and such connectifln and the wark incident thereto has been approved by ihe�ty as a
groper end suitabie connection.

been ex#ended tv the property line for sonnection,the app4icarrt,owner,or occuparrt or user of such premises shalt be tiab(e far ai(repairs
required ta any water line and sewer lines necessary for connection af the premises from the main to the premises. tf the�roperty owner
requests maintenance service or repairs be performed 6y the C7ty,the property owner shal!be charged for ifie costs of the mair�tenartce and/or
