402.5 PERMIT FEE •
Prior to consiructing or repair of any water of sewer line connecting the existing municipal system and any house ar bu;(ding ior whicFf the
application is made,the owner or contractor shall be required to obtain a permit for such connection,and sF�all pay a permit fee as provided in
Chapter 11 of this Code. After such connection has been made,the Water and Sewer Departmer�t shall be notified. It s�ali be unlawful to cover
any conneding line until an i�spection has lseen made and such wnnection and the wor�c incident thereto has been ap� 1ry the C'ity as a

402.06 REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TO COPINECTIOAI
After the initial connectio�has been made to the water sesvice aurb stop box or t6e sewer lead at the property Ifne or a water sesvice(ead has
been extended to the property line for connection,the applicant,owner,or occupa+rt or user of such premises shali be i'iable for all repairs
required to any water line and sewer lines necessary for connection of the premises from the main to Che premsses, if the property owner
requests maintenance service or repairs be perfocmed by the City,the property owner shail be charged for the costs of the maintenance a»d/or
repairs,including necessary street repairs at a rate set annually by an administrative pol9cy. It sha{I be the responsibility of the applicar�t,
owner,occupant or user to perform standard mairrtenance of the sewer service line from the premises to the main including debris dearing pr
