Hello Wendy,
We had a AMR body swap order and kept the old AMR head.The recent quarter scan picked up is less than the last
reading.We're not sure why the reading would be less when the head is the old same head.The gentleman that
swapped the meter didn't get a reading when he changed out the meter. Will you ask Pete to do a scan on this meter for
billing because it's generating a credit back on usage.

CHAPTER 402.WATER,STORM WATER AND SANITARY SEWER
ADMINISTRATION

402.5 PERMIT FEE
Prior to constructing or repair of any water of sewer line connecting the existing municipal system and arry house or building for which the
application is made,the owaer or corrtractor shall be required to obtain a permit for such connection,and sfiall pay a permrt fee as provided in
Chapter 11 of this Code. After such connection has been made,the Water and Sewer Department shall be not�ed. It shall be unlawful to cover
aoy connectiag line until an inspection has been made and such connection and the work incident thereto has been appro�red by the City as a
proper and suitable connectian.
402.06 REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TO CONNECTION
After the initial connection has been made to the water service curb stop box or the sewer lead at the property line or a water service lead has
been extended to the property line for connection,the appticant,owner,or occuparrt or user of wch premises sha{I be liabfe for atl repairs
required to any water line and sewer lines necessary for cannection of the premises from the main to the premises. If the property owner
requests maintena�ce service or repairs be pesformed by the City,the property owner sfiall be cfiarged for the costs af the mairitenance andJor
repairs,including necessary street repairs at a rate set annually by an administrative poliry. It shaii be the responstbility of the applicant,
owner,occupant or user to perform standard mainter�ance of tfie sewer service line from tfie premises to the main including debris clearing or
root cutting and to maintain the water service curb stop box for operability and at such height as will ensure that it remains above the finished
grade af the land ot property. (Ref 638,1156,1191)
