A written response or additional documents may be necessary and are due prior to completion of the Final Inspection and appmval for issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy or Fire Department permit completion.You may contact the Office of the Fire Marshal at(763) 572-3621 for additional in#oxrnation. 1. All system drains shall be extended to the exterior of the building with the exception of plugged auxiliary drains. (�ridley Caty Ru1e) ' 2. Provide and install signage for all drairis and a new riser data plaxe as necessary. (I�iFPA Standard 13). 3. If finished sprizil�ler system controls are enclosed by construction,signage as required and approved shall be installed on entrydoor for access byfirefighters. (2003 MSFC 510.1) 4. Tamper alarm devices shall be installed on all sprinkler system water controLs as well as physically secured if accessible to unauthorized personnel. (2003 MSFC 903.4.1 and 903.4.4) 5. Fina1 testing to include hydrostatic testing at 200 p.s.i.for two hours and inspection of the installed system shall be witnessed bythe Fire Marshal and conducted to standards in NFPA Standard 13 and 2003 MSFC. 6. Flow and tamper signals shall also be tested during final testing and inspection. 7. Upon completion of required testing,contractor shall furnish the AHJ with Contracto�'s Materials and Testing Certificate for Aboveground Piping.
