�02.5 PERMIT FEE
Prior to r.onstructing or s�epair of any water of sewer Pne connecting the existing muniapal system and any hause or twiidir�for which the
appiication is made,the owner or corrtractor shali be required to obtain a permit for sucfi connection,and shali pay a permit fee as provided in
Chapter 11 af this Code. After such connection has i�een rnade,the Water and Sewer Departmerrt shall be notified. It shail be uniawful to cove
arry connecting line until an inspection has been made and such connection and t6e work inciderrt thereto has been approved by the City as a
proper and suitable connection.
402.06 REPAIRS AND MAtNTENANCE TO CONNECTIOfY

been extended to the property line for connedaon,the appiicant,owner,or accuparK or user oF wch premises sball be{Iable for all repairs
required#o any wa#er line and sewer lines necessary for connedion af the premises from the main to the premises. If the property owrrer
requesfis mairrtenance service or repairs be performed by ifie C"rty,the property owner shall be charged for the costs of the maintenance andJor
repairs,including necessary street repairs at a rate set annuaily by an administra#ive policy. It shalt be the responsibitrty of the applicarit,
owner,occupant or user to perForm standard mairrtenance af the sewer service line from the premises to the main i�dudng debris dearing or
roofi cutting and to mairrtain tF�e water service curb stop box for operability and at such height as will er►sure that it remairu above the finished
