402.5 PERMfT FEE
Prior to constructieig or repair of any water of sewer line connecting the existing muniapaf system and arry house or building for which the
application is made,the owner or cornractor shal!be required to obtain a permit#or such connection,and shaU pay a permit fee as pro�ded in.
Chapter 11 of this Code. After wch connection has been made,the Water and Sewer Departmerrt shall be natified. It shall be un(awful to cove
any connecting line uritil an inspedion 6as 6een made and such connection and the wor�c inadeM thereto has been appro�ed by the City as a
proper and suitable connection.
402.06 REPAIRS AND MAINTEflIqNCE TO COP�IECTION
After the initiai connectiort has been made to the w�ter senrice curb stop 6ox or the sewer le�J at the property Ii�e or a water senrice lead has
been extended to the property line for conneG3un,tt�e applicarrt,awner,or occupant or user of such premises shall be ifabie fer al1 repairs
