If the properly owner requests maintena�ce service flr repairs be performed by the City,the property owner shall be charged for the casts af the maintenance andJor repairs,including necessary street repairs at a rate set annually by an administrative policy. It shall be the responsibility of the applicant, owner,accupant or user to perform standard maintenance of the sewer service line from the gremises to the main including debris clearing or roo#cutting and to maintain the�roater senrice curb stop 6ox for o�er�C�ili#y and at such height as will ensure that it re ains above the finished grade of the land or property.
