piumbing. (Per City code 402.06j I also hold the City of Fridley and/its empioyees harmless for any damages that may ocwr while doing this

CHAPTER 402.WATER,STORM WATER AND SANITARY SEWER

402.5 PERMIT FEE
Prior to construding or repair of any water of sewer line connecting the existing municipai system and arry house or bullding for wF�ich the
application is made,the owner or wntractor shail be required to obtain a permit far such connection,and shali pay a permit fee as provided in•
Chapter 11 of this Code. After such co�nection has been made,the Water a�d Sewer Department shali be notifieci. tt shall be unlawful to co+rer
any connecting line until an inspection has been made and such connection and the work incident thereto has been appro�d by the City as a
proper and witable connectioa.
402.06 REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TO CONNECTtON
After the initial connection has bee�made to the water service wrb stop box or the sewer tead at the property iine or a water service lead has
been extended to the property line for connedion,the app4icant,owner,or occuparrt or user of wch premises shail be liabie for ail repairs
required to any water line and sewer li�es necessary for connection of the premises from the main to the premises. ff ihe properry owner
requests maintenance service or repairs be performed by the City,the property owner shafl be charged for the costs of the maiMenance and/or
repairs,including necessary street repairs at a rate set annually by an administrative poliry. k sbalt be the responsibitity of the applicant,
owner,occupant or user to perform standard mair�tenance of the sewer service line from the premises to the main including debris dearing or
root cutting and to maintain the water service curb stop box fos operebility and at such heigfit as will ensure that it remair�s above the finished
