Hi Wendy, I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday July 11th at 10am to have Pete check out 4 units plumbin�startin�with 1240 Norton Ave. The addresses are 1240,1242 Norton and 1250, 1252 Norton Ave. We have been billing them as two water accounts for 2 units each(duplex). But when they called for new AMR's to be instalied Jake swapped out a meter for each unit and 2 of the meters we didn't know existed. Building inspection also saw only 1 plumbing permit per duplex. I need Pete or one of the regular Public Works guys to go check if the meters are plumbed independently or if the other meters are plumbed as deducts.One of the old meters wasn't even in our inventory so 1 don't know how UT missed documenting selling them that meter. Such a mess. The contact phane#is 763-295-6566 and Michelle's name was on the meter swaps that were done 5/24j17, but I don't know if anyone will meet us there or what. I talked to Kristin and she will check with the renters to be sure that dayjtime works. The 1242 is empty and the lock box code is 1350. Backward Meter� I found one AMR meter with backward reading. I got Pete to scan the reading again on 6/15f 17 and the reading was still going backward, tower than the first scan. We did a math calculation and I keyed in the reading manuafty for this billing quarter. Pete said we will have to do the math for the usageJreading until the meter gets turn around and the reading go back to zero.
