402.5 PERMIT FEE
Priar to constructing or repair of ar�y water aF sewer line wnnecting the existing municipa(system and arry house or building for which the
application is made,the ows�er or contractor shall be required to obtain a perm'rt for such connection,and shall pay a permit fee as provided irr
Chapter 11 of this Code. After wch co�nection has been made,the Water and Sewer Departmer�t shafl be notified. it shalt be unlawful to cover
any connecting line until an inspection has been made artd such connection and the wo�incidem thereto has been approved by the City as a
proper and suitable connection.
402.06 REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TO CONNECTION
After the initiat connection has been made to the water service arb stop box or the sewer lead at the property line or a water senrice lead ttas
been extended to the property line for connecCion,the appiicant,owner,or accuparrt or user of such premises sfwii be ltaWe for all repairs
required to aRy water tine and sewer lines necessary for connection of the premises from the main to the premises. ff d�e property owner
requests main#enance service or repairs be performed by the City,the property owner shall be charged for the costs of the mairrtenarn�e and/or
repairs,including necessary street repairs at a rate set annuaily by an administrative po4iry. {t shali be the responsibility of the appiicartt,
