If the property owner requests mairrtena�ce service or repairs be performed by the C'tty,the property owner shall be charged for the�of the mairrtenance andJor repairs,including necessary street repairs at a rate set annually by an administrative poliry. It shatl be the responsibitity of the applicant, oarner,occuparn or user to perform standard mairrtenance af the sewer service tine from the premises to the main indudi�debris clearing or root tutting and to mairrtain the water service curb stop box for operability and at such height as will ensure that�t remains above the finished grade of the land or property.
