plumbing. (Per Gty code 402.06) i also hold the C"ity of Fridley and/its employees harmless#or any damages that may occur while doing this

CHAPTER 402.WATER,STORM WATER AND SANITARY SEWER

402.5 PERMIT FEE
Prior to constructing or repair of any water of sewer line connecting the existing muniapal system and any house or building for which the
application is made,the owner or corrtractor shatl be required to obtain a permit for such coonection,and shali pay a permit fee as provided irr
Chapter 11 of this Code. After such connection has been made,the Water and Sewer Department shall be notified. it shall be unlawful to cover
any connecting line uMil an inspectio�has been made and such connection and the work inaderrt thereto has been approved by the Gty as a
proper and suitable connecfiion.
402.06 REPAIRS AND MAINTENAAICE TO CONNECTION
After the initial connection has been made to the water service curb stop box or the sewer lead at the property iine or a wa�r service lead has
bee�extended to the properN{line for wnsiedion,the app{icarrt,owner,or occupant or user of wch premises shal!be liable for all repairs
required to any water line and sewer lines necessary for connection of the premises from the main to the premises. if the properry owner
requests ma�r�#enance service or repairs be performed by the C'rty,the property owner shall be charged for the cosks of the mairrtenance and/or
repairs,including necessary street repairs at a rate set annually by an administrative poliry. It shatl be the responsibility of the applicarit,
owner,occupant or user to perform standard mairitenance of the sewer service line from the premises to the main including debris dearing or
root cutting and to mair�tain the water service curb stop box for operability and at such height as wili ensure that it remains above the finished
