replace the water meter. I understand that the properly owner is liable fo�the water line from the main to the premise and all iMerior
plumbing. (Per City code 402.06) I also hold the C'ity of Fridley and f its employees harmtess for any damages that may occur while doing this
operation. This to include,but not limited to valves,piping,walis,floors or the curb stop boz and servite line. In understand I am also required

CHAPTER 402.WATER,STORM WATER AND SANITARY SEWER

402.5 PERMfT FEE
Prior to constructing or repair ofi any water of sewer line connecting the existing municipai srstem and any house or building for which the
application is made,the owner or contractor shall be required to obtain a permit for such connectton,and shall pay a permit fee as provided irr
Chapter il of this Code. After such connection has been made,the Water and Sewer Department shall be notified. It shall be unlawFul to cover
arry connecting line untif an inspection has been made and such connection and the worlc inadent thereto has been appro�red by the City as a
proper and suitabte connection.
402.06 REPAIRS AND MAIIYTENANCE TO CONNECTION
After the initial connertion has been made to the water service curb stop box or the sewer lead at the property ti�e or a water s�nrice lead has
been extended to the property line for connection,the appltprrt,owner,or occupant or user of such premises shap be tiabie for a!t repairs
required to any water line and sewer lines necessary for connection of the premises from the maln to the premises. tf the property aaner
requests maintenance service or repairs be performed by the City,the property owner shaQ be charged fo�the oosts of the mai�e�hance and/or
repairs,including neceuary street repairs at a rate set annuaily by an administrative potiry. It shall be the responsibility efi the appl�rcaryt,
owner,occupant or user to pert'orm standard maintenance of the sewer service line frum the premises to the main in�luding debris dearir�g or
root cutting and to maintain the water service curb stop box for operability and at such height as will ensure that it remains above the flnished
