I just got ofF the phone with that owner(Friday afternoon)Suzanne Sater regarding her high consumption. I wanted to make sure who ever goes out , checks that we have the correct ERT#33370947 because she thinks we're billing her based on someone else's readings. �e feels that her consumption is too high since the meter was installed in 2012. I tried to get her to do the dye tabs on her toilets and she insists they are fine and one was�xed a while back(no idea how long). I just was hoping we weren't s�nding out someone new that couldn't handle her. Everyone was gone by the time f got off the phone with her. If we need to test her meter(according to her)she needs to be charged if it's fine. Basically she thinks the high bills are our doing and nothing that is leaking in her home. Can whoever goes out give me a call (after8am)to let me know how it went?
