It has been stopped for over a year and people have lived here. His ph#is 612-221- 7858. The meter is only from 2009,so it's odd that it's stopped already. If the guys could see if the mtr stopped due to obvious negligence we need to charge them to replace the meter. He also mentioned having a bent stand pipe, but that hopefully won't be an issue with regardsto the meter. PERMIT FEE Prior to constructing or repair of any water or sewer tine connecting the existing municipal system and any house or building for which the application is made,the owner or contractor shall be required to obtain a permit for such connection,and shall pay a permit fee as provided in Chapter 11 of this Code. After such connection has been made,the Water and 5ewer Department shall be notified.
