AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE
STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a drainage and utility easement described as
follows:
All that part of an existing drainage and utility easement
located in vacated 57 1/2 Avenue N. E. that lies North of Lots 4,
5 and 6, City View, that was vacated in Ordinance 371 ,
All lying in the North Half of Section 23, T-30, R-24; City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of Fridley retains
easements for drainage and utility purposes over the North 10
feet.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
