We would need access to the home to be sure the shutofFvalve did fully turn the water off,so if there is a lock box code we would need that. We would also be able to get a meter reading at that time. We haven't received a water meter reading here since December 2011. Also we don't do final bills for foreclosures until there is a good sale, even if the water is off,so the bills will continue.
