His ph#is 612-272-5211. He said the home has been empty about a month or so(before current bill service period}and they've removed and/or repaired all the toilets and the softener. He said the softener wasn't working and was totally shut off all of September. However the bill based on usage 6/30 thru 9/30/12. The softener could have been leaking for 2 months before getting shut off. He's in construction and had his guys check out the plumbing and found no leaks. The toilets there now have been left shut off unless someone is in home cleaning& needs to turn on something to use it. Insisted no leaks before he fixed the softener and all the toilets.(so why fix them?????) If whoever goes out could sound him out about why to fix toilets that are working fine Thinks is the meter.The meter is old, 1969, I told him meter is old so no problem to change it out but, ** I told him we would test the meter to see if it tracks the consumption accurately, if it does, I cannot change the large consumption on this bill. We got a reading from them on 10J1/12 of 4129 and the current reading Thursday afternoon was 4139410. Used 10tgals in 40 days.
