This has been requested by the Fridley Housing & Redevelopment Authority so that vacated alley can be added to the square footage of Lots 21 , 22, 23 and 24 in this block. The HRA would like to have the entire alley vacated in this block. As you are a property owner in this block you are invited to attend this informal hearing and make your opinions known on this request.
