Dear Mr. & Mrs. Aspenson:
We are in the process of reviewing your application for converting the rental
units to condominium owner occupied units at 6489, 6491 , 6493, and 6495 River-
view Terrace, and 6500, 6510, and 6520 2nd Street N.E.
Part of our procedure is to inspect each unit of the structures, therefore,
would you please make the necessary arrangements to set up a time that we could
walk through the units with you.
I will be on vacation February 9th through February 16th, so please avoid
those dates.

after we have made the necessary on-site inspections.
