Dear Mr. Rogers:
This is a follow up letter to a discussion we had last November regarding the widening of your
driveway to the east. At that time, I explained that City Ordinance requires written permission from
your adjacent neighbor to have a driveway closer than 3 feet to the property line.
As you recall, this issue came up when I went out to do an on-site inspection for the building
permit for the property to the east of you. I visit proposed sites to review things such as the
existing drainage, proposed grading, driveway layout, elevation of adjacent homes, etc. At that time, 901
I noted the new widening and the disturbance of property corners. I informed you and Mr. Lamere /�k,�4A,!-
that property corners are not to be disturbed per State Statute and that the City needs a letter to t9
put in your address file for the driveway widening.
You told me that you would get the letter from your neighbor or remove part of the widened area
to get in compliance. As of today, I have not received Mr. Lameres letter nor has the driveway
widening been removed to bring into compliance with City Ordinance.
