Hi Rachel.
Congratulations! The City Council appointed you to the Fridley Housing and Redevelopment Authority at their meeting
on Monday night. Terms on the HRA commission are for a period of 5 years and begin on June 9. You are filling out the
remainder of the term for a commission member who resigned, and your term will expire on June 9, 2020. At that
time, you will have the option of letting us know if you want to be reappointed to the HRA.

The next meeting of the Fridley HRA is scheduled for Thursday, November 7. (The HRA meets the 1 Thursday of the
month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the second level of the Civic Center.) The HRA agenda packets are
delivered to the HRA members’ homes by one of our Community Service Officers on the Friday evening before the
meeting. I do have your address, but if there are any special instructions, please let me know—i.e. deliver to front
door, put inside screen door, deliver to side door, etc. Wally Wysopal, City Manager, is the Executive Director of the
HRA. Paul Bolin is the Assistant Executive Director.
It is just a formality, but could you send me a brief e-mail resigning from the Planning Commission?
If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you!
