RESOLUTION NO. 2020 – 12
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SECOND ADDITION OF FINAL PLAT, P.S. #19-01
BY U.S. HOME CORPORATION, DBA LENNAR ON BEHALF OF THE PROPERTY
OWNER, THE CITY’S HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, TO
ACCOMMODATE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TOWNHOME DEVELOPMENT,
GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF 7071 UNIVERSITY AVENUE, WITH PARCEL
IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OF 113024340111
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of said plat at their March 20, 2019
meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on said plat on April 8, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for the PRESERVE AT LOCKE
PARK at their April 8, 2019 meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat of the PRESERVE AT LOCKE PARK at
their June 24, 2019 meeting; and
ND
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat of the PRESERVE AT LOCKE PARK 2
ADDITION at their February 24, 2020 meeting; and
ND
WHEREAS, a copy of the final plat PRESERVE AT LOCKE PARK 2 ADDITION has been
attached as Exhibit A;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the Final Plat for the

PRESERVE AT LOCKE PARK 2 ADDITION and directs the petitioner to record the plat at
Anoka County within six months of this approval or such approval shall be null and void.
