RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT, P.S. #20-01 BY JAVA COMPANIES
ON BEHALF OF THE PROPERTY OWNER OF 6290 HIGHWAY 65 NE,
SCOTT BEITZ, AND THE PROPERTY OWNER OF
6310 HIGHWAY 65 NE, ASSET PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing for PS #20-01 on July 15, 2020,
and recommended approval of said plat; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for MOORE LAKE COFFEE at
their August 10, 2020 meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat of MOORE LAKE COFFEE at their
August 24, 2020 meeting; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the final plat MOORE LAKE COFFEE has been attached as Exhibit A;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the Final Plat for the
MOORE LAKE COFFEE and directs the petitioner to record the plat at Anoka County within
six months of this approval or such approval shall be null and void.
