Public Notice of Extended Closing 05-14-2020 PUBLIC NOTICE All City of Fridley facilities closed to the public until June 1, 2020; essential city services will continue. On March 23, 2020, the City Council of the City of Fridley (City) declared a peacetime emergency regarding the COVID–19 Pandemic by approving Fridley City Ordinance 1380. Beginning March 25, 2020 and continuing through at least June 1, 2020, all City facilities will close to the public. This includes the Civic Campus and Springbrook Nature Center. th Fridley Market (264 57 Avenue NE) is open for limited hours. Fridley Liquor (6289 Highway 65 is closed. A limited number of staff will continue to work in most facilities in a reduced capacity to provide essential city services. You are encouraged to connect with City staff through the City website, by phone and by email. If you have business that is time-sensitive and must be conducted in person, call 763-571-3450 to schedule an appointment. City staff will do their best to accommodate your request. The City has been working with local, county, and state partners to help protect the health and wellness of both the community and employees during the rapidly changing COVID– 19 outbreak.
