The following condition(s) were observed requiring correction:
1. Replace non-approved key box at sprinkler/mechanical room and provide keys for entry to that room. Order
form forwarded to owner listed at bottom of this document by First Class mail. (2007 MSFC Section 506)
2. Fire alarm contractor shall contact this office for information concerning
non-permitted fire alarm work which occurred during September, 2007. (2007 MSFC 105.7.4)
3. Remove pallets which are stored directly against natural gas piping and meters at rear of
the building. (2007 MSFC 304.1.1 and 304.2) To be completed within 48 hours.
4. Advice: Finish Masters will be ordered to remove accumulations of pallet materials behind their occupancy.
No response by owner is required unless tenant does not satisfy this condition within a reasonable time.
