Here is the Fire Department key box order form which I discussed with you.
There is a self-addressed envelope included with the order form. They will ship
your key box to your address. The key box should be securely fastened at a height of not more than six feet at the top of the box. When the box is mounted, please contact me and I
will install the keys and lock the box.
