Resolution No. 2021-96 Confirming Org. Structure Resolution No. 2021-96 Confirming the Organizational Structure of the City of Fridley Whereas, Section 6.03 of the Fridley City Charter empowers the City Council (Council) to create offices, departments, divisions and bureaus for the administration of City affairs; and Whereas, Section 2.02 of the Fridley City Code authorizes the City Manager to develop and maintain the organizational structure that best meets the needs of the City; and Whereas, the Council must confirm the organizational structure as recommended by the City Manager by resolution; and Whereas, the City Manager finds and recommends the organizational structure as described in Exhibit A best meets the needs of the City. Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council of the City of Fridley hereby approves and confirms the recommendation of the City Manager regarding the organizational structure of the City as described in and attached hereto as Exhibit A, effective October 22, 2021. th Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Fridley this 11 day of October, 2021. _______________________________________ Scott J.
