Sandstrom and Hamer, Ina., for Seer and Storm Steer 24-B for
$21,600.00, and Final istimate for Northern Contracting Company for
sever; water and Storm serer i36 in the amount of #17,988.30. Mr.
Knutson explained that this was the final estimate for the Northern
Contracting Company. Motion by Jdkanson to approve the three estimates. .

Mr. Walquist, from Centtiral Realty, was present, and explained the problem
involved on Ironton Street, and presented a deed far right-of-way from
east line of present Ironton Street 200 feet east. Mr. KGohlan rec..
=mended that the deed be accepted by the City as a street. Notion by
Welke to adopt the resolution accepting the additional right-off of
Ironton Street for street purposes, and aaintenanae. Seconded by lee.
Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, the motion carried unanimously.

did not see why the sewer and water would have to be put in in the

to have her property deleted from the project. Mrs. Peterson ws present

this water and serer is put in.
Mr. Dick Danlin was present, and stated his reasons for requesting that

Fridley. The City Manager was asked to present soar proposed regulations
to the Council as soon as possible.
