$21,600.00, and Final Satinets for Northern Contracting Cospanyy for
sewer, Water and Storm Sews *36 in the amount of *17,988.30. Mr.
Knutson explained that this was the final estimate for the Northern
Contracting Company, Motion by Johanson to

explained the probleminvolved an Ironton Street, and
presented a deed far right-of-way from
east line of present Ironton Street 200 feet east. Mr. xohlan rem.
mmmennded that the deed be accepted by the City as a street. Motion by
wolke to adopt the resolution accepting the additional right-ofwrray of
Ironton Street for street purposes, and maintenance. seconded

Mr. Don Winkler, 1641 Garvey Avenue was present, and stated that he
did not see why the sir and water would have to be put in in the
Whole area. Mrs Lillimoen was present. and stated that abe would like
to have her property deleted from the project, Mrs. Peterson► was present
and stated that these mould still be soave contamination in the area, if
this water and seer is put in.

Mr. Dick Donlin was present, and stated his reasons for requesting that
these trucks be regulated more than they are at the present time. Me
stated that there should be some protection far businessmen living in
rcidley. The City Manager was asked to present some proposed regulations
to the Council as soon as possible.
