Resolution No. 2022-94 Final Plat PS #22-02 Resolution No. 2022-94 Approving Final Plat, PS #22-02 Petitioned by the City of Fridley for the Property Located at 690 Cheri Lane N.E. Whereas, in 1967 the property located at 690 Cheri Lane N.E. was deeded to the City from Target Corporation; and Whereas, the City is required to retain the land for park, right-of-way, and utility purposes; and Whereas, the Planning Commission held a public hearing for Preliminary Plat, PS #22-02 on June 15, 2022 and recommended approval of said plat; and Whereas, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Cheri Park Addition at their June 27, 2022 meeting; and Whereas, a copy of the final plat Cheri Park Addition has been attached as Exhibit A; Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council of the City of Fridley approves the Final Plat for Cheri Park Addition and directs the petitioner to record the plat at Anoka County within six months of this approval or such approval shall become null and void. nd Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Fridley this 22 day of August, 2022. _______________________________________ Scott J.
