CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Lund called the City Council Meeting of October 24, 2022, to order at 7:00 p.m.

Motion made by Councilmember Bolkcom to adopt the proposed Consent Agenda. Seconded by
Councilmember Tillberry.
UPON A VOICE VOTE, ALL VOTING AYE, MAYOR LUND DECLARED THE MOTION CARRIED
UNANIMOUSLY.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Approve the Minutes from the City Council Meeting of October 10, 2022.

Motion made by Councilmember Eggert to adopt the regular agenda. Seconded by Councilmember
Ostwald.

NEW BUSINESS
INFORMAL STATUS REPORTS
Council provided an update on an incredibly successful Pumpkin Night in the Park event at Springbrook.
It was also noted that the green roof installation will begin at Springbrook Nature Center and should be
completed this week. Coats from Cops will be held on November 3.
