Resolution No. 2023-101, Approving the Preliminary Registered land Survey, PS #23-01 Petitioned by the City's HRA for the Property Located at 5660 Main Street N.E. Resolution No. 2023-101 Approving the Preliminary Registered Land Survey, PS #23-01 Petitioned by the CityÔs Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) for the Property Located at 5660 Main Street N.E. Whereas, the Planning Commission held a public hearing for Registered Land Survey, PS #23-01 on August 16, 2023 and recommended approval; and Whereas, the City Council approved the Registered Land Survey, prepared by E.G. Rud & Sons, Inc., for the property at 5660 Main Street N.E. at their September 11, 2023 meeting; and Whereas, a copy of the preliminary Registered Land Survey is attached as Exhibit A. Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council of the City of Fridley approves Preliminary Registered Land Survey, PS #23-01 and directs the petitioner to prepare the final documents to be submitted to the City for approval within six months of the date the Council approved the registered land survey or said approval shall become null and void. th Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Fridley this 11 day of September, 2023. ______________________________________ Scott J.
