Resolution No. 2024-48, Approving a 6-Month Ext. for App. of the Final Registered Land Survey, PS #23-01, Petitioned by the City's HRA for the Property Located at 5660 Main St. NE Resolution No. 2024-48 Approving a Six-Month Extension for Approval of the Final Registered Land Survey, PS #23-01 Petitioned by the City’s Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) for the Property Located at 5660 Main Street N.E. Whereas, on September 11, 2023, the Fridley City Council (Council) approved Resolution No. 2023-101 to approve the Preliminary Registered Land Survey, PS #23-01 submitted by the City’s HRA for the property at 5660 Main Street N.E.; and Whereas, Resolution No. 2023-101 and Section 211.04.2.C.(5)(B) of Fridley City Code require final approval of the Registered Land Survey within six months after the date of the Council’s review of the preliminary registered land survey, unless this period is extended by the Council; and Whereas, the HRA is requesting an extension to the recording deadline of the approved final registered land survey to finalize the purchase agreement and receive a signed copy of said agreement from the landowner of 5660 Main Street N.E. Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby approve a six-month extension for Plat, PS #23-01, until September 11, 2024. nd Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Fridley this 22 day of April, 2024. ______________________________________ Scott J.
