Hi Avonna! I just wanted to let you know that at their City Council meeting on Monday night, the Council appointed you
to the Environmental Quality and Energy Commission (EQEC). Your term on the EQEC is a little different than your term
on the Charter Commission. You have been appointed by the City Council for a three-year period, January 1, 2024,
through December 31, 2026. At that end of your term, you will have the option of being reappointed by the City Council
to the EQEC.
Rachel Workin is the staff liaison to the EQEC. She indicated to me that she had sent you an introductory email, but if
you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
