Ordinance No. 1427, Regarding Certain Real Estate and Authorizing the Conveyance Thereof Ordinance No. 1427 Regarding Certain Real Estate and Authorizing the Conveyance Thereof The City of Fridley does ordain, after review, examination and staff recommendation that Appendix F of the Fridley City Code be amended as follows: Section 1 The City of Fridley (City) is the fee owner of the tracts of land within the City of Fridley, Anoka County, State of Minnesota, described as follows: Outlots A, B & C, Locke Pointe, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota (Lots). Section 2 The City Council of the City of Fridley hereby determines: 1. The Lots are part of the Locke Park patio home development and are necessary for their storm water management. 2. The Lots are located within TIF District #23 and are subject to a Restrictive Declaration prohibiting the properties from being transferred to a tax-exempt entity. 3. The lots were transferred to the City, without the City’s consent, by Pulte Homes of Minnesota, LLC. The City has no reason to own the Lots and the City Council is hereby authorized to transfer the Lots back to Pulte Homes of Minnesota, LLC. Section 3 The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the necessary contract and deeds to effect the transfer of the above described real estate.
