Receiving Feasibility Report and Calling for Public Hearing on
Street Rehabilitation Project No. ST2026-01
Whereas, pursuant to Resolution No. 2025-18 approved by the Fridley City Council (Council) on
February 24, 2025, a Feasibility Report has been prepared by the City of Fridley (City) Public Works
Department with reference to the improvements listed in Exhibit A, and this report was received by
the Council on October 13, 2025; and
Whereas, the report cited above concludes that the proposed project is necessary, cost-effective,
and feasible.
Now therefore be it resolved, that the City Council of the City of Fridley receives the Feasibility
Report for Street Rehabilitation Project No. ST2026-01.
Be it further resolved, that the Council shall consider the improvement of such street in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property within the City of Fridley for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total
cost of the improvement of $3,340,000.
Be it further resolved, A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the
November 10, 2025, in the Council Chambers of the Fridley City Hall at 7 p.m. and Public Works staff
shall give mailed notice, and the clerk shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement
as required by law.
