Youth Commissioner Interview The City Council interviewed student Cash Hasty for the open position of Youth Commissioner. The City Council recommend Cash be appointed to the Planning Commission. 2. Finance Update – November 2025 Year-to-Date Joe Starks, Finance Director, provided a financial review of the City of Fridley to date of meeting. 3. Commons Park Mediation Agreement Wally Wysopal, City Manager, provided the City Council some background information to the mediated agreement involving Commons Park and two residents of Fridley.
