Call to Order
Mayor Ostwald called the City Council Meeting of January 5, 2026, to order at 7:00 p.m.

Approval of Proposed Consent Agenda
Upon a voice vote, all voting aye, Mayor Ostwald declared the motion to adopt the proposed Consent
Agenda carried unanimously.
Approval/Receipt of Minutes
1. Approve the Minutes from the City Council Meeting of December 22, 2025.
2. Receive the Minutes from the City Council Conference Meeting of December 22, 2025.
New Business
3. Resolution No. 2026-01, Confirming City Council Appointments and Designations.
4. Resolution No 2026-03, Authorizing the Use of Municipal State Aid System Funding for 2026 Local
Improvement Projects.
5. Resolution No. 2026-04, Approving a Development Agreement with Endeavor Development, LLC
for River Edge Business Center.

6. Resolution No. 2026-05, Awarding Professional Services for Development of Safe Streets for All
Citywide Safety Action Plan.

7. Resolution No. 2026-02, Approving Claims for the Period Ending December 30, 2025.

Adoption of Regular Agenda
Upon a voice vote, all voting aye, Mayor Ostwald declared the motion to adopt the proposed Regular Agenda
carried unanimously.

Informal Status Reports
Councilmember Evanson reminded residents of the upcoming Winterfest events, which will take place on
February 7, 2026.
The Council wished everyone a happy New Year.

Upon a voice vote, all voting aye, Mayor Ostwald declared the motion to adjourn carried unanimously, and
the meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
