Finance Update – 2025 Preliminary Year-End & Proposed 2027 Budget Calendar Joe Starks, Finance Director, provided the City Council an update on the year end budget for 2025. He also presented the 2027 budget calendar. 2. Met Council L32A Lift Station Update Jim Kosluchar, Public Works Director, provided the City Council an update on interactions Public Works staff have had with Metropolitan Council staff regarding this project and the concerns that the City Council have had. 3. Commons Park Rental Fees and Guidelines Mike Maher, Parks and Recreation Director and Margo Numedahl, Recreation Division Manager, provided the City Council with an update on the proposed fees for the new Commons Park building.
