I apologize.Please disregard my previous email and see the correct email below.
I received your lifetime dog license paperwork in the mail today.We are now handling all license on our online system now.I have
uploaded the information you provided on the paper form.We do need some additional information for this license before it can go
through the review process.You can either go onto the online system and complete the rest of the application or email me directly
with the following information:
--Is the dog microchipped?
--If so,what is the microchip number?
--Are there any cats living in your home?
--If so,how many?
--Front facing photo of the dog
If you could please either go onto the online application or email me directly no later than Friday,February 5,2021.
