INSPECTION
REQUIREMENTS
Minnesota State Building Code section 1300.0210
subpart 4 requires the person doing the work as
"authorized" to call for required inspections.
However, in the opinion of the Fridley Building
Division, the property owner has the same
authorization as well as the ultimate responsibility
to assure that the contractor they have elected has
made the arrangements to have the work inspected.
