Important Project Notes
Owner is responsible for moving everything off the wall 10 feet.The anchors will be installed on the walls where the exterior works for the
plates.The carbon fiber installed on the wall with no access to exterior.The kitchen is an addition slab on grade and no footing.The owner has
decided to go with a smaller fix then originally quoted.He knows this smaller fix will need to added to fix everything.There may need to be
wiring,HVAC,or plumbing to be moved to install carbon fiber or anchors this needs to be done by owner.
